Most junior players train hard — but without a clear idea of what actually wins and loses points. Performance coaches give great advice, but even the best eye can’t track patterns across hundreds of rallies, serves, and errors–and that’s if the coach even sees their player’s match.
Next Level Stats changes that.
We can take the video from your child’s competitive matches and turn it into a detailed performance profile: serve and return directions, shot patterns, errors, winners, point outcomes, and more.
As we analyze more matches, we separate the true patterns from the noise. We also compare those results to players at the next competitive level to help identify what each young player should focus on to keep progressing. And then, we can help you and your coach track your most important metrics over time to see the progress.
This pilot is limited to 10 junior players so we can work closely with each family and coach to fine-tune this approach. Participants will need to use a video tagging technology like Baseline, SwingVision, PlaySight, etc. If you haven’t used these before, no problem–we can walk you through your options. But we do need the output from one of these technologies to do proper analytics.
Participants will receive a personalized analytics report and development roadmap crafted from their match data. An analyst from Next Level Stats will hold three video calls with you at the beginning, middle, and end of the process, and be available for communication throughout.
Our analytics are most powerful if shared with your coach and incorporated into your development–feel free to share THIS resource with your coach and put them in touch with us if they have any questions about our services.
We ask selected players to put a $100 deposit down to ensure your commitment to the pilot. If you are not satisfied at the end of the pilot, the deposit will be refunded with no questions asked.
